I actually enjoy these movies. Kinda wish they'd stuck closer to the games, but if you don't think of them as actual RE movies they're really not that bad.

I'm excited about this, hey "great" you're crazy for saying what you did about thinking about the movie not being related to RE to make it great, you have to have more of an open mind, if they stuck close to the games then we'd all know what was going to happen, you can think of them as being inner twined with the games, think about it.

i agree with Morgan Freeman...they need to bring someone from the game universe like what they did with Ali Larter. it was fun! i hope they made to Alaska :D

third one sucked. second was the best in my opinion. im stoked paul is back, lol i really liked mortal kombat. i hope he learned from his mistakes in the first re and combine what he did right with re2.

the only things i want to see are the hunters,and chris redfield,but im pretty much done with this since part2 it needs a reboot to right its wrongs. and i use to be a big re fan. just remake the movie more like the first one.

i kinda liked the first one but after that they sucked and what is the point of continuing the franchise at this point the world is destroyed,and their is no point in going after umbrella because they are trying to save the world now so why continue? and milla sucks at acting she will do the same thing she has done in every re film come in act all bad and kill everything it will suck and fail,reboot the damb films more like the first game everything does not have to happen like in the game but the feel and story was great and the characters as well so remake it like the first game and everyone will pass it around by word of mouth and resident evil will rock again,if not this will suck no doubt.and the first video game was the best it was so creepy the house looked haunted the diaries were creepy just reading them and people turned on one another,and their were really gruesome and cool bio weapons like hunters,and the tyrant which they totally messed up in the films,he was a damb bio weapon,not some stupid guy who nevermind. just remake!!!!!!!

I read that they're bringing in some people specifically for very good fight scenes that may involve mila's character and albert wesker. The RE movies are OK. If done right, they could of stuck with the game story lines more and produced great movies. In order, I liked RE 2 - RE 3 -RE 1. Of course "Degeneration trumps them all." Has anyone read George A. Romero's original script for the 1st RE movie. I read half so far and I must say it beginning to look like the studio shouldn't of changed scripts. I wonder why they did?

i read his script and it would have been great i was one of re's biggest fans and have beat all the games but the films suck,sorry thats just how i feel.but his script was really good i would love to see that done just as he had it,and not all the action,make it horror because it is survival horror.

I'm just waiting for this terrible series to be over.

Hopefully this movie bombs and in 2 or 5 years we get someone else to pick Resident evil rights up, start from scratch and do the story justice.

I have nothing against Paul W. Anderson, but the writers of the RE franchise should be doing the script for this last RE movie. When I saw RE 1, I thought the guy impersonating a cop was chris redfield infiltrating the mansion and the alice character would eventually, in the later films, mutate like code veronica. I kinda hope that would happens in "afterlife." You know, so we can see her and wesker duke it out a little just like in the game.

the RE Extinction's ending is awesome, there is nothing better than a deserted city covered by an army of alice's clone. Now, zombies are going to face extinction. ha ha.

(thom) now way man josh harnett wouldn't come close to chris redfield jensen ackles from supernatural would be better suited for the role


(chris) they should continue because there she is going after albert wesker if you didn't catch it at the end of the third movie so they do have reason to keep going and hopefuly they do bring leon or chris or even jill into the movies since clair was in the third one who knows we'll have to wait and see
