David Twohy's smart, intense thriller A Perfect Getaway opens in theaters today. Should you see it? I've been a fan of Twohy's for some time now and I believe his successful streak continues here. Our critic Jeff Allard agrees and you can check out his review via the link below with our other coverage of the film. Now, what did you think? Kinda funny that no one has posted here, but GI Joe got blown up :). And yes, I'm not saying it and am happy to steal thunder

It was pretty good. I guess the ending was a little cheezy, but was good.

I thought it was aweful. The charachers were weak, the story dragged, I figured out who the killer was about six minutes into the movie. Two positive things i will say is that the cinematography was amazing. Also while this is not a wholey original concept for a film at least it is ot an adaptation of a book or comic book, or tv show or video game, or a remake, or a fourth installment of a franchise trying desprately to recapture the magic of the first few films before all of the original cast left. It had its humorous moments.

the perfect getaway = the perfect getaway from the summer heat and mindlessness that is the summer movie, remake, sequel, etc.... and I've always been a huge fan of steve zahn anyway

Thought it was dumb. first hour and a half were extrememly boring. Just watching 2 couples get to know each other felt like a bad romantic comedy. With Olyphant pretending to be some badass the entire film. Gi Joe was better then this trash.

I'm not interested in seeing the movie but I have my own ideas as to what the "BIG TWIST" at the end is. Can anybody tell me what it is?
