Anchor Bay's Inalienable Lands On DVD January 26th

Source:Anchor Bay Entertainment
November 18, 2009

While this is definitely more for the sci-fi buffs as opposed to horror fans, I couldn't help but share the DVD news on Anchor Bay Entertainment's Inalienable, especially after looking at the cover art (pictured left) and reading the following description:

"In the film, scientist Eric Norris (Richard Hatch, Battlestar Galatica) discovers his body is host to a parasite from another world. With the shocking revelation that this microscopic intruder also carries his DNA, Norris confronts the possibility that he might "give birth" to a new son to replace the one lost in a tragic accident years earlier. But will this birth represent a new fusion of human and alien – or spell doom for the entire human race?"

Inalienable, written by Star Trek's Walter Koenig and premiering on DVD January 26, 2010, boasts a "who’s who" cast of sci-fi favorites: Koenig, Hatch, Erick Avari (Heroes, The Mummy, Independence Day), Marina Sirtis (Star Trek: The Next Generation), Richard Herd (V), Gary Graham (Alien Nation), and Alan Ruck (“Twister, The Happening).

We now return you to your normally programmed horror news...

I wonder if this will be any better than Koenig's other horror-tinted sci-fi outing MOONTRAP(which featured terrible FX,stilted looking robots, and Bruce Campbell wasted in a bit supporting role).

I for one want to see this. Speaking of MOONTRAP.... why isn't THAT on dvd? It has Bruce Campbell in it too!
