GREAT...so just like Halloween, no theatrical on the blu-ray! If it's got such a big difference between cuts again, BAD move! The worst thing about DC only on the 1st movie is missing that great big scene with all the cameos in it...so what's this one gonna be, another big rape scene in place of the stripclub???
DISAPPOINTING!

What happened to the 8-hour documentary we were supposed to be getting with this release. What a disappointment. And I am also angry the theatrical cut won't be available on Blu-Ray. I'm fine with having the Unrated Cut, too, but why couldn't they have included the Theatrical Version, too?

Is there not going to be the 8 hour doc on any of these discs?

Thanks so much for keeping us posted on every aspect of Rob Zombie's "Halloween 2." One of the most discussed, most dissected and least-liked horror films of the past decade.

Loved it in the theater. Can't wait to get the blu-ray!

The movie was ok to watch, not sure if i want to buy this one. But if the director's cut is better than maybe.
I heard that the Directors Cut shows Laurie in a darker mood, going through psychotic stages-that I wouldn't mind watching.

I wish this was only coming out on No-Ray.

i would rather watch a blank tv screen for 30 hours than listen to one minute of the commentary for this film..why would i want to listen to rob try to justify this piece of garbage for 2 hours? 8 hour documentary probably got canned because he realized he only had 20 minutes of footage..no way this movie could have taken much to make nor would the doc be interesting at all..it would probably revolve around him talking about how he sat at home laughing at all of us for spending money on this garbage

Haven't seen it yet, I do plan to, but my desire to see this is at an all time Halloween low. I wasn't exactly blown away by the unnecessary remake to begin with.
"One of the most original and shocking entries in the series" this from Tony T @ Fango holds very little water, their take on horror is usually $hit and this blurb can be construed any number of ways. Maybe I'll be surprised, though I doubt it.

The back cover states the film is shown in 1.85:1 widescreen. Has anyone else noticed that mistake?

Nobody's noticed that mistake because it isn't a mistake - 'H2' was shot in the 1.85:1 ratio.

I can't wait... I'm one of the twenty people who absolutely loved Halloween 2. I just want the theatrical cut and the director's cut together, because I'm not buying two copies..

I cant wait to pick this one up. i loved seeing it in theaters and cant wait to watch it at home. Too bad about no theatrical on bluray, i guess ill have to buy the rated version on dvd and the blu ray of the directors cut, like i did with zombie's first halloween movie. :)
