Dark Castle sure knows how to keep a fella waiting.

Morgan O'Neill's thriller The Factory isn't hitting theaters until October 22, 2010. The film, starring John Cusack, has been in the can for some time now. Set in present-day Buffalo, Cusack plays a detective who discovers his daughter has been kidnapped. There's been a rash of missing girls in the city and the detective has to go to a very dark place to find his daughter.

Dallas Roberts, Sonya Walger, Mae Whitman and Katherine Waterston co-star.

...I'm...I'm a little confused...it's been made, edited, fully completed for a while...and now we have to wait until October 22, 2010? I think Joel Silver has now completely lost his mind. That's the only reasonable explanation for it...
